Android: Form and Form Ref: Tapping into a specific question will take user to THAT question in Form Editing

Description: Issue:

As a user I can not tap into a specific question of a Form or Form Ref module and the editor open to THAT question

Non-Created Form/Form Ref
– Taping into a specific question on the form will open the editor to THAT question

Created Form/Form Ref (Currently crashes or other odd behavior)
– Taping into a question that has already been answered will open to THAT question in the Form editor
