Android – Strange issues with images on a page – it has an animated gif on it

Notice that the top image doesn’t load – it tries and then turns white.

Notice at the bottom of the page an animated gif is playing not sure if that helps.

Dev Notes: Other user reported that the gif doesn’t move.
