Android: Specific Program Cashes: Seems due to image module issue

Program ID
Program Name Welcome to SERVE

Steps:
1. Open Program
2. Select Start
3. On first section (Welcome to S E R V E) scroll down slowly
4. When user gets to empty space where an image is not loading, there is an app crash

Expected result
A user can navigate through a program without an app crash due to image not loading

Actual Result
The app crashes when user gets to an image that has issues loading
